Absinthe 55 Strong Pro Essence 280 ml
The essence without accessories, for the experienced hand who already has spoons, measure and bottles in place. 280 ml gives just over ten litres of our most bitter and herbal absinthe – a supply for many evenings of slow dripping.
Flavour Profile
Wormwood sits at the centre: green, dry and persistently bitter. Around it are green anise, fennel seed, lemon balm and a spicy coriander note. Louches dense and milky with cold water.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 280 ml makes 15 × 700 ml or 14 × 750 ml, 10.5 litres in total. Anyone who would like a lower thujone content per bottle can dilute to a larger volume – see the label. Instructions are on the label.
Serving Suggestions
