Absinthe 55 Strong Pro Essence 280 ml + 14 absinthe labels and measure
A complete pack for the enthusiast: essence for fourteen bottles, fourteen absinthe labels and a measure. Feel free to mix it with a stronger spirit than ordinary vodka – that gives the traditional, concentrated absinthe character.
Flavour Profile
Real absinthe ingredients mean the drink louches in water exactly as an absinthe should. The nose is dry and heavy with wormwood, the palate broad and bitter with star anise, hyssop and coriander in the background. The finish is very long.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit, preferably stronger, or vodka. 280 ml makes 14 × 750 ml or 15 × 700 ml. Dose with the measure supplied. Instructions are on the label.
Serving Suggestions
