UP XO Brandy Essence is mixed with spirit to make a dark, full-bodied XO brandy, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished brandy. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
Brings dried figs, dates, dark chocolate, orange peel and walnut to brandy, liqueurs and cocktail bases.

XO brandy in production format. 25 litres of essence makes 937.5 litres of finished drink – over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml – and gives the drinks producer a dark flagship brandy to build a range around.
Flavour Profile
The profile is dense and ripe: figs, dates and prunes, candied orange, dark chocolate and walnut, with cinnamon, vanilla and a dry note of cigar box. The finished drink is deep mahogany brown, velvety and very long on the finish.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished brandy. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
