Flavour Profile
The emphasis is on the round and liqueur-like: sweet liquorice root, star anise and dark sugar, followed by bitter orange peel, ginger, clove and cinnamon. The root bitterness arrives late and gives a long, bittersweet close. The colour is a deep mahogany brown.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka plus sugar. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
