UP Dry Gin Essence is mixed with spirit to make an extra-dry premium gin with dense juniper and keen citrus, or used as a flavouring in sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml corresponds to 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.
Brings taut juniper, lemon and bitter orange peel to premium gin, cocktail mixers and delicatessen products.
UP Dry Gin Essence 25 L
Ultra Premium at full scale. 25 litres of essence gives 937.5 litres of finished gin, over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml, and is intended for the producer who wants to position a gin in the upper segment – the one the bartender reaches for when making a Martini.
Flavour Profile
Oily, concentrated juniper meets lemon zest and bitter orange. Coriander and angelica provide a dry, rooty middle register, and the finish is long, mineral and entirely without sweetness. The finished gin comes out glass-clear with a full mouthfeel.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence corresponds to 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
