UP Compadre ROSSO essence is mixed with spirit and sugar to make a red, bittersweet aperitif of Ultra Premium quality, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
The drum holds 25 litres. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished aperitif. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.

The Ultra Premium version of our red bitter, in a 25-litre drum. Here we have put extra work into the depth of the herbal notes and the length of the bitterness – for producers and bars who want that little bit more. 25 litres gives 937.5 litres of finished aperitif.
Flavour Profile
A glowing red drink with aromas of bitter orange, grapefruit peel and red berries. The palate swings elegantly between fruity sweetness and a dry, rooty bitterness with hints of rhubarb, clove and cinchona bark. A long, appetising finish.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka plus sugar. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished aperitif. The essence is concentrated 37.5 times, so 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
