UP Absinthe Gold is mixed with spirit to make a golden-yellow absinthe that louches and turns milky, with a rounded note of honey and camomile, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished absinthe. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. The finished absinthe contains 35 mg of thujone per bottle.
Brings honey, vanilla, anise and soft wormwood to drinks, desserts and confectionery.

Gold-coloured absinthe for producers who want something of their own in the range. The recipe is ours, from the Ultra Premium series, and 25 litres of essence makes 937.5 litres of finished absinthe.
Flavour Profile
A warm, floral profile with camomile, light honey and vanilla over a classic base of green anise, fennel, star anise, hyssop and wormwood. The finished drink is a clear golden yellow and becomes a creamy-yellow opal with ice-cold water.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished absinthe. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
