PR Smoked Blend Whisky Essence is mixed with spirit to make a smoky whisky with peat, tar, sea salt and pepper. The essence can also be used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.

Flavour Profile
The profile is built on peat smoke and embers, with wood tar, iodine and sea salt. A sweet malt core and lemon peel provide balance, and black pepper rounds things off. The finished drink turns pale gold.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
