Flavour Profile
Berry and leaf in balance: tart, dark currants meet the green, spicy aromatics of the leaves, with black pepper and a dry close. The finished drink is pale gold with a pink shimmer. It can be bottled straight away, though the flavour rounds off if the blend is left to rest for a few days.
