PR Lemon Gin Essence 280 ml – 10.5 litres of lemon-fresh gin
PR Lemon Gin Essence gives vodka or neutral spirit the taste of a mild, dry gin with freshly grated lemon peel, lemon oil and a green note of lemon balm.
280 ml makes 14 bottles of 750 ml or 15 bottles of 700 ml – a total of 10.5 litres of finished gin. Instructions are on the label.

For when the whole family descends at midsummer, or the crayfish party is set to run until dawn. 280 ml of essence becomes 10.5 litres of gin, and because the lemon is already part of the flavour you are spared from cutting wedges all evening.
Flavour Profile
Clear, light and dry. The nose is full of lemon peel and lemon balm, the palate fresh with a soft juniper and coriander underneath. The finish is clean with a fine pithy bitterness – a gin that cools rather than warms.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit. 280 ml makes 14 × 750 ml or 15 × 700 ml, 10.5 litres in total. Instructions are on the label.
Serving Suggestions
- Gin and tonic in big glasses with lots of ice.
- Collins by the jug with soda and slices of lemon.
- Summer punch with elderflower, cucumber and sparkling wine.
