PR Kiwi Vodka Essence is mixed with spirit to make a fresh, dry kiwi vodka, and can also be used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.
Brings green kiwi and gooseberry-like tartness to drinks, ice cream, jelly and sweets.

Green kiwi for manufacturers. A 25-litre drum gives 937.5 litres of finished spirit and a flavour that holds its own in soft drinks, still drinks and confectionery too, where tart green fruits always have an audience.
Flavour Profile
The flavour is clean and tangy with freshly cut kiwi, gooseberry and green apple plus a softer note of green grapes. The finished vodka is water-clear, light and dry.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
