Mixed with spirit and sugar, PR Hunter’s Schnapps Essence becomes a dark, semi-bitter herbal schnapps in which liquorice, star anise, cinnamon, clove and citrus peel rest on a rooty bitterness.

Flavour Profile
Dark brown, syrupy and dense with spice. Liquorice and anise bring sweetness, ginger and clove bring warmth, orange peel adds lustre – and the bitterness from the roots ties it all together in a long, bittersweet finish.
