PR Hanson Rum Essence turns neutral spirit or vodka into a dark brown, powerful rum dominated by molasses, dried fruit, vanilla and a hint of smoke.
1000 ml makes 50 bottles of 750 ml or 53 bottles of 700 ml – 37.5 litres in all. Instructions are on the label.

PR Hanson Rum Essence 1000 ml
One litre of essence becomes 37.5 litres of dark rum. The size suits bars and cafés that serve hot rum drinks, clubs with a Christmas market on the calendar, and patisseries where rum flavour goes into dough, creams and chocolate.
Flavour Profile
A dense, almost coffee-brown colour. The nose offers burnt caramel, prunes and dark chocolate; the palate is rich with molasses, raisins, liquorice and allspice. The aroma is strong enough to come through clearly even in hot tea and in oven-baked goods.
How to Use
