Flavour Profile
The nose is juniper, resin and citrus. On the palate the gin is dry and direct, with coriander and angelica as spicy undertones, and the finish is clean and peppery. It is made for mixing – with tonic the juniper blossoms and the drink becomes exactly as refreshing as it should be.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit. 280 ml makes 14 × 750 ml or 15 × 700 ml, 10.5 litres of finished gin in total. Instructions are on the label.
