Flavour Profile
Clear, dry and juniper-forward. Pine and lemon peel on the nose, coriander and angelica on the palate, a lightly peppery and clean finish. The profile is familiar to guests and stands firm against tonic, vermouth and bitters.
How to Use

About the Essence
