PR Blue Curacao Liqueur Essence 280 ml
When the summer party, the graduation bash or the themed evening calls for blue drinks all round, one small bottle rarely stretches far enough. With 280 ml of essence you have more than ten litres of liqueur – enough for tray after tray of turquoise glasses.
Flavour Profile
The liqueur turns out luminous blue and lightly syrupy. The nose is led by the aromatic oils of orange peel, and the palate moves from sweet orange to a clean, pithy bitter-orange edge with a little spice to close.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit plus sugar. 280 ml gives 14 × 750 ml or 15 × 700 ml, 10.5 litres in total. Instructions are on the label.
