PR Baccara Rum Essence is mixed with spirit to make a light, dry white rum, or used as a flavouring in sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished rum. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.
Brings sugar cane, vanilla, almond and lime to drinks, desserts and glazes.

White rum is the volume product above all others in any spirits range. 25 litres of essence makes 937.5 litres of finished rum – over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml – and gives the producer a clean, saleable profile that works in every mixed drink.
Flavour Profile
The character is light and dry: sugar cane and vanilla to the fore, with almond, lime zest and a faint note of banana behind. The finished drink is completely colourless and clear.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished rum. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
