LW White Baccara Rum Essence gives vodka or neutral spirit the character of a classic white rum – dry and clean, with vanilla, almond and fresh lime.
32 ml makes 2 × 750 ml, in other words 1.5 litres of finished rum. Instructions are on the label.
Mix it with cola and lime, or build yourself a Mojito.
LW White Baccara Rum Essence 32 ml
Two bottles at a time suits a lot of people nicely: one for the weekend’s drinks and one held in reserve. This 32 ml bottle was made for exactly that – 1.5 litres of light, clear rum with no big bottle of essence left standing about.
Flavour Profile
The finished rum is water-clear, with a cool scent of sugar cane, vanilla and lime zest. The flavour is dry and soft, with a gentle almond note and a whisper of tropical fruit. The close is clean and quick, so it mixes very easily.
