PR White Peppermint Liqueur Essence is mixed with spirit and sugar to make colourless peppermint liqueur, or used as a flavouring in sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished liqueur. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.
Gives a clean, cool mint flavour without affecting the colour of drinks, creams and confectionery.

How to Use
