PR Cherry Brandy Essence is mixed with spirit and sugar to make a dark cherry liqueur, and can also be used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.
Brings dark cherries, marzipan and spices to liqueurs, chocolate, baked goods and sauces.

Flavour Profile
The profile takes in sweet and sharp cherries, cherry stone with bitter almond, cinnamon, clove and a dry brandy note. The finished liqueur is a deep ruby red and full-bodied.
How to Use
