PR Anisette Liqueur Essence is mixed with spirit and sugar to make a clear, sweet aniseed liqueur, and can also be used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.

Pure aniseed flavour in producer format. 25 litres of essence makes 937.5 litres of finished liqueur and is at the same time a versatile flavouring for food manufacturers, since it is uncoloured and single-minded.
Flavour Profile
Green anise and star anise with soft liquorice root and a hint of fennel. The finished liqueur turns out water-clear, sweet and smooth – and clouds beautifully when let down with water.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka plus sugar; it can also be mixed without sugar for a drier style. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
