Flavour Profile
The finished drink shimmers in copper and amber. The nose is sweet and inviting, with vanilla, melted toffee and ripe fruit. On the palate, cornbread, brown sugar and flambéed banana sit alongside a dry, sooty oak note that keeps everything in balance. The finish is soft and just long enough, with caramel and a little nutmeg.
How to Use
