PR Jonny’s Recipe Whisky Essence gives vodka or neutral spirit the taste of a bright, spicy blended whisky with malt, fruit, vanilla and a smoky finish.
280 ml makes 15 bottles of 700 ml or 14 bottles of 750 ml – a total of 10.5 litres of finished whisky. Instructions are on the label.

Flavour Profile
The whisky turns out clear and amber-coloured. The nose is fruity and malty with vanilla sweetness and a streak of bonfire smoke. The palate is medium-bodied and spicy, with black pepper and ginger leading into toasted grain, pear and butter toffee. Smoke and dry oak take over towards the end.
