Flavour Profile
The drink turns a deep coppery brown. Vanilla, burnt caramel and cinnamon on the nose; butter toffee, black pepper, toasted oak and dried orange peel on the palate. The body is dense and oily, the finish long, dry and spicy with hints of leather and dark chocolate.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit. 280 ml gives 14 × 750 ml or 15 × 700 ml, a total of 10.5 litres of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
Serving Suggestions
- Pre-batched Old Fashioned by the bottle – chill, pour, garnish.
