RED BUS Gin Essence gives vodka or neutral spirit the character of a powerful dry gin with big juniper, a double citrus of lemon and bitter orange, plus coriander and angelica.
280 ml makes 14 bottles of 750 ml or 15 bottles of 700 ml – a total of 10.5 litres of finished gin. Instructions are on the label.

Flavour Profile
A dry, no-nonsense gin in which the juniper never hesitates. Lemon peel brings freshness, bitter orange a pleasing bite, and coriander, almond and liquorice root fill out the middle. The gin is sturdy enough to show clearly even in tall drinks with lots of ice and tonic, and the finish is long and pepper-clean.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit. 280 ml makes 14 × 750 ml or 15 × 700 ml, 10.5 litres in total. Instructions are on the label.
Serving Suggestions
- A gin and tonic bar with lemon, grapefruit and juniper berries as garnishes.
- Tom Collins by the jug for the whole table.
