PR Anise Brandy Essence turns vodka or neutral spirit into a clear, dry anise spirit with star anise, fennel and a herbal note, which turns opalescent with water.
280 ml makes 14 bottles of 750 ml or 15 bottles of 700 ml – 10.5 litres in total. Instructions are on the label.

Flavour Profile
Water-clear in the bottle, milky white in the glass. The flavour is powerful and dry with pure anise, gentle fennel sweetness and a piney, lightly peppery herbal note. Cooling, with a long aftertaste.
