Flavour Profile
The finished whisky is golden with a coppery gleam. The nose offers fresh apple, malty sweetness and vanilla, with a wisp of smoke in the background. In the mouth it is spicy and sprightly: black pepper, ginger and toasted grain, followed by fruit and toffee. The finish is warm and gently smoky, with dry toasted oak.
How to Use
