Flavour Profile
The whisky turns a warm amber-yellow. The nose is sweet and fruity with red apples, honey and vanilla pod, and on the palate toasted hazelnut, butter toffee and creamy malt join in. Smoke is all but absent. The mouthfeel is silky and the finish long and soft with nuts and toffee.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit. 50 ml makes 2.25 litres of finished whisky, three 75 cl bottles. Instructions are on the label.
Serving Suggestions
- Neat after dinner, at room temperature.
- Over ice with a thin twist of orange.
