AU Anise Spirit Essence gives vodka or neutral spirit a strong, dry flavour of star anise and fennel. The finished drink turns opalescent with water.
The 50 ml bottle makes 2.25 litres of finished drink – three 75 cl bottles. Instructions are on the label.
Drink as a schnapps, in mixed drinks or diluted with iced water as an aperitif.

Flavour Profile
A crystal-clear spirit that turns milky white with water. The nose is intensely anise-led with fennel and a resinous herbal note; the palate is dry, clean and cooling, with a long, fresh close.
How to Use

Serving Suggestions
