The in-between size for those who know that one bottle won’t be enough. 50 ml of essence gives 2.25 litres of gin – three standard bottles, or one generous large bottle for summer gatherings out on the patio.
Flavour Profile
Black Elephant is a gin of the bright, floral kind. Lemon and coriander seed greet you first, followed by orris root, angelica and a soft almond note. The juniper stays in the background, while cubeb pepper and grains of paradise add a little sting to the silky finish.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit and it is ready to serve immediately. 50 ml makes 2.25 litres, in other words three 75 cl bottles. Instructions are on the label.

- Gin and tonic in big balloon glasses with lemon peel.
