The litre bottle is made for the bar, the club and the function room where gin gets poured every evening. One litre of essence becomes 37.5 litres of finished gin, tasting exactly the same from the first bottle to the last.
Flavour Profile
The style is the light, floral one: lemon and coriander on the nose, orris root and almond rounding things off, juniper in a supporting part rather than the lead. Cubeb pepper and grains of paradise give a cocktail a little lift in the finish, which is bright and smooth.
