Flavour Profile
Deep amber brown with a red glow. On the nose, prunes, figs and orange peel meet cocoa and cedar. The palate is soft and generous – date sweetness, walnut, cinnamon and a lightly toasted note – and the long finish is all chocolate and spice.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit and drink it right away. 50 ml makes 2.25 litres of finished brandy, or three 75 cl bottles. Instructions are on the label.
