Honeybird Whisky Essence gives vodka or neutral spirit the flavour of a powerful, spicy corn whiskey with burnt caramel, vanilla, charred oak and pepper.
50 ml of essence makes 2.25 litres of finished spirit, equivalent to three 75 cl bottles. Instructions are on the label.
Enjoy it neat, on the rocks or in spirit-forward cocktails.

Flavour Profile
Dark amber in colour and full-bodied. The nose offers burnt caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and heavily toasted oak. The palate is oily and spicy with butter toffee, black pepper, orange peel and dark chocolate, closing long, dry and warming with charred oak and tobacco. No smoke and no noticeable sweetness.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit. 50 ml makes 2.25 litres of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
Serving Suggestions
- In a short glass with one large ice cube.
- Stirred with red vermouth, bitters and a cocktail cherry.
