Flavour Profile
The liqueur turns out transparent and lightly syrupy. The nose is sunny with coconut flesh and vanilla; the taste is sweet and round with coconut cream at its heart and a light rum note in the background. The finish is mild and clean.
How to Use
Mix with vodka or neutral spirit plus sugar. 50 ml makes 2.25 litres of finished liqueur, in other words three 75 cl bottles. Instructions are on the label.
Serving Suggestions
- Neat over ice cubes on a warm evening.
- With pineapple juice in a tall glass.
