25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished pastis. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.

Flavour Profile
The character is carried by star anise, green anise, fennel and liquorice root with herbal overtones. The finished drink is golden yellow and louches on contact with water.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished pastis. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
