Coquito Rum Essence is mixed with spirit to make a soft, light white rum, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.
Brings sugar cane, vanilla, citrus and a hint of coconut to drinks, desserts and ice cream.

Flavour Profile
A crystal-clear drink with a nose of sugar cane, vanilla sugar and lime zest. The palate is smooth and gently rounded, with discreet coconut and fresh citrus in a short, clean finish.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit. Instructions are on the label.
