Wormwood bitter is a staple of the schnapps table, and with 25 litres of essence you as a producer can turn out 937.5 litres of finished wormwood vodka – more than 1,300 bottles of 700 ml – with the same flavour in every batch.
Flavour Profile
The profile is dry and herbal: wormwood with a camphor-like coolness, sage and hay, supported by a light aniseed and citrus note. The bitterness is distinct but clean, and the finished drink is clear and entirely without sweetness.
How to Use
Blend with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
