PR Lingonberry Vodka Essence is mixed with spirit to make a clean, fresh lingonberry vodka, and can also be used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit.
Brings wild lingonberries, tart red fruit and a light bitterness to drinks, game sauces and baked goods.

Flavour Profile
The profile is tart and bright with newly picked lingonberries, cranberries and redcurrants plus a clean, slightly astringent bitterness on the finish. The finished vodka is clear, dry and food-friendly.
How to Use
