25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.

Barley vodka in producer format. One 25-litre drum gives 937.5 litres of finished drink and suits the maker who wants a light, stripped-back vodka in the range.
Flavour Profile
Water-clear, slender and very pure. A faintly sweet barley note, a cool middle and a short, dry close. The profile is deliberately restrained and therefore carries other flavours – liquorice, berries, citrus – particularly well.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
