PR GI Gin Essence is mixed with spirit to make a soft, citrus-rounded gin, or used as a flavouring in sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml corresponds to 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.
Brings orange peel, lemon, mild juniper and warm spice to gin, ready-to-drink mixes, soft drinks and desserts.
PR GI Gin Essence 25 L
A crowd-pleasing gin at producer scale. 25 litres of essence makes 937.5 litres of finished drink – a little over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml – and is particularly well suited as the base for ready-mixed long drinks, where a round and gentle gin is an asset.
Flavour Profile
The profile is carried by orange and lemon peel, with mild juniper, coriander, a touch of cinnamon bark and a light floral note. The taste comes across as sweet-fresh even though the gin is dry, and the aftertaste is clean and soft.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished spirit drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence corresponds to 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
