25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished rum. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink.

For anyone making rum for mixed drinks or ready-made cocktails in cans, a dry, clean base is crucial. The 25-litre drum yields 937.5 litres of finished rum, over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml.
Flavour Profile
A slender, pale rum with a green sugar-cane note, light vanilla, sweet almond and a fresh streak of lime and lemon peel. The dry finish means the end product never comes across as cloying, even alongside sweet soft drinks.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished rum. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished spirit drink. Instructions are on the label.
