PR Anise Brandy Essence is mixed with spirit to make a clear, dry anise spirit that turns opalescent, or used to flavour sauces, non-alcoholic drinks and foods.
25 litres of essence. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml equals 37.5 ml of finished drink.
Brings pure star anise, fennel and a taut herbal note to drinks, bread, confectionery and shellfish sauces.

Anise spirit for producers. 25 litres of essence makes 937.5 litres of finished drink, equivalent to over 1,300 bottles of 700 ml.
Flavour Profile
A dry and powerful anise profile with no colour: star anise and aniseed at the centre, fennel as a softer side note and a resinous, herbal close. The finished drink is water-clear and turns milky white when diluted.
How to Use
Mix with neutral spirit or vodka. 18.67 ml makes 700 ml of finished drink. Concentrated 37.5 times – 1 ml of essence equals 37.5 ml of finished drink. Instructions are on the label.
